- WEBUI_SECRET_KEY now uses dedicated webui-secret-key (not vllm-api-key)
- ExternalSecret updated to fetch webui_secret_key from 1Password
- Remove duplicate OLLAMA_BASE_URLS configuration (vLLM only)
