- Merge harbor-alt-tls into harbor-tls certificate
- Single certificate now covers both DNS names:
  - the-seas.local.mk-labs.cloud (EPCOT theme)
  - harbor.local.mk-labs.cloud (functional name)
- Remove duplicate certificate-alt.yaml
- Reduces cert-manager overhead and simplifies certificate management
